Haha.
Let's hope they don't send him to the VA hospital.

Ok I will be in the minority and state my opinion
1) He walked away from his post and basically deserted.
2) Six soldiers lost their lives looking for him.
3) We traded five of the most hard core detainees to get him back.
4) The President made a very bad move on this one.
5) Don"t be surprised to see more soldiers in danger after this.
I'm pro military to the bone, but I think this move never should have been made

At least his dad praised Allah, so there is that.

His e-mails were interesting. Something is fishy.
Obama was damned if he did, damned if he didn't. I am leaning towards didn't (i.e. shouldn't have).

How so? You saying he had to give in and get this guy back? Allowing five Taliban leaders to be released for one deserter?
Even Wiley wouldn't make that trade. Give me a break. Plain and simple, Obama wants Guantanamo to go away, and he had no other ideas how to
make it happen.

I am guessing, there are some people that are glad he's back. Either way, media outlets will play one side or the other. You cannot make everyone happy.

I totally agree. So we make the Taliban happy over the safety of the United States? I feel to see how that was a win for our country.
Do you agree with the facts that are coming out.
1) He walked off his post and deserted
2) People died because of his actions
3) 3 hard core terrorists were released to get him back.
You disagree with any of those three points?

I agree. We just put a target on the back of every service person and turned them into currency.

Unilateral and non-transparent......everything this guy does.

Ronald Reagan must be rolling over in his grave, to have watched Berdahl's father looking like a Muslim, praising Allah at the White House.
It made me want to puke watching him.

Our society has become so soft. If you allow or sentence a person to death people are mortified by your actions, calling you cold and unfeeling.
150 years ago, horse thieves were hung and deserters were shot. Now car thieves have their own TV show called Bait Car and deserters become celebrities. Just look at Edward Snowden and before long a movie will be made about Bergdahl. Sounds like a perfect movie for Sean Penn.

I do not disagree. But I am not all people. Personally, I think he knew what he was doing and is sympathizing with the Afghans. I would be shocked if this is the last we hear of him. Meaning, he's going to do something radical or purposely goes back to Afghanistan.

If you are in the minority, that is just sad.
'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.'
That, and Facebook blows.

Didn't you all hear? According to the White House, these reports by follow soldiers that Bergdahl deserted are efforts to "swiftboat" him.
