How much longer do they have to declare for the draft?

January 15th... they're declaring pretty rapidly now.  They're going to crush the previous underclassmen numbers at this rate.

 

With the contracts slotted like they are now there's really no reason to hold out to move up, plus if you're drafted later a shorter contract gets you to the second big money contract faster so there's more motivation to just get started.

One of the guys on NBC during halftime of the Army All America game said he'd be surprised if Johnny Football lasts past #4.

Blake Bottles has shot up the charts the last couple of months. But Johnny helped himself in his bowl game

The next QB would probably be Derek Carr. I'm not in the camp who thinks he is a franchise QB

I agree Razor. Cleveland doesn't take one of those qbs with that pick and I think the people riot in the street.

And for everyone who says Jadeveon Clowney is a head case, there is no way I pass on him

He is a once in a decade type player and will be a monster in the NFL

Looks like Houston and St. Louis want to trade down. I wonder who will want to trade up the worst to get Clowney or one of those QBs.

Big fan of Mack... he's the real deal.  I'm really curious whether the team that drafts him puts him at OLB or DE... I could see either, but I'm probably just hoping for DE for my fantasy leagues.

Dane Brugler from CBS seems to think the Texans want Bortles with the #1 pick. That would be quite a surprise.

Sammy and Bortles, have officially entered the NFL Draft, as has Deanthony Thomas.

The Jets need Watkins.  I doubt they make a play to go get him though...
